• Boom, answers!

What can we help you with?

    • How will I know which time to choose to book my service?

    • All available time slots are presented to you in the booking process! We will be in touch in less than 30 minutes (during business hours) to confirm your reservation.

    • How easy is it to book online?

    • It really takes no more than 60 seconds.
Simply fill out the booking form and we’ll be in touch to confirm your date and time in less than 30 minutes.

    • What forms of payment do you accept?

    • We currently accept credit and debit cards online, and cash or cards in person through Square Checkout. Our online payments are processed by Stripe, though a secure 256-bit protocol. In addition, we have a full extended validation SSL security. Booking through SprocketFly is guaranteed safe and secure.

    • What will it cost to service my bike?

    • We charge a flat rate for all our tune-ups. Additionally, you get 15 minutes of free repair/accessory install labor when booked with any tune-up. For a detailed pricing menu, please see our rates.

    • We’re interested in offering monthly tune-ups to our employees, how would we do that?

    • That’s awesome! Hosting regular tune-up events is a great way to get your people using their bikes to stay healthy and happy. When you’re thinking about group events, first you have to decide whether the organization will pay for the basic tune-up or whether each employee will pay the full cost for their bike. The best way to book an event is to contact us to learn more and check availability. You can call (503) 908-4646, or email us at support@sprocketfly.com.

    • How long will my bike service take?

    • We usually estimate 1.5 hours for our standard SprocketFly tune-up. The upgraded Refresh tune-up takes about 3 hours. Keep in mind that every bike is different, and we often find that sometimes a repair takes longer. It’s our job to make sure your bike is safe and comfortable to ride, and we’ll do whatever is necessary to get you there..

    • What are your days and hours of operation?

    • We work 7 days a week and start our first job at 8:30 am and start the last job at 4:00 pm. For workplace tune-ups, we schedule a certain number of bikes per day and work until the job is done.

    • If there’s something you’d like answered you can’t find on this list, please email us.
